-syndicated listing services via "Distributed Data Facility" of Canadian Real Estate Association. (this is not supported by many agents and brokers

-proven open house launch strategy (when COVID conditions allow!)

-manage all phone calls, showing requests and confirmations
-staff open houses and support with additional advertising

-analysis of online visitors to your listing or “virtual showings”
-review of listing and marketing activity as appropriate to ensure your objectives can be met
